All the collections you save while using your HERE account will be automatically synced with HERE WeGo App. You can also rearrange your collections in the web and this rearrangement/edits will be automatically seen in the app.

The routes saved under wego.here.com though won't be available on the app - saving routes is a function only available in the Web for now.
