To change the password linked to your account:

  • Type account.here.com into your web browser
  • Sign in using your account details
  • Under ‘Password’, select ‘Change password’ 
  • Follow the steps that will be provided 

Note: if your HERE account is linked to your Facebook account or Apple ID, you cannot change the password.
